Short cancellation notices and no-shows will result in the loss of our technicians' time and booking opportunities for other
customers. That's why we have a 24-hour cancellation policy. It will be charged 50% of the service amount on the next booking. Also, please be advised that customers who have made more than 2 no-shows or short cancellation notices can only visit by walk-in. ★ Late ArrivalsPlease be understanding that late arrivals may result in shortened service times or being rescheduled.
